Kathy Padkapayeva

National Manager

Kathy’s role in CRWDP is to support day-to-day operations, financial administration and knowledge mobilization activities. She strives to continuously enhance communication among CRWDP members, teams and provincial clusters, by working together with CRWDP Provincial Cluster Coordinators and sharing the information on events, activities and products that CRWDP members are engaged in, through this website. She feels honored to be a part of this initiative and be engaged in research that aims to improve employment experiences of people with disabilities who have barriers towards having good jobs and successful careers.

Kathy is a Research/Administrative Assistant at the Institute for Work & Health. She is interested in exploring good workplace practices of accommodation of persons with disabilities, as well as she would like to bring in a gender perspective into research on work disability and work disability policy. She received her Bachelor Degree in Philosophy and her Candidate of Sciences Degree in Philosophy from the Belarusian State University (Belarus).
