CNIB Ross Purse Doctoral Fellowship 2021 competition
The CNIB has launched the 2021 CNIB Ross C. Purse Doctoral Fellowship competition. The Ross Purse Fellowship is awarded to a PhD student working on a thesis project that is within the vision sciences field, broadly defined - this may include research in rehabilitation sciences, social sciences, behavioural and psychosocial sciences, biomedical sciences, technology, accessibility, inclusive design, among others. The thesis project must be focused on persons with sight loss - pan-disability projects are not eligible for this competition.
The successful applicant can be a Canadian student studying abroad, or a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or international student studying in Canada.
